5150 Gear FAQs:

• How long does it take for my package to arrive? Our standard shipping time is 6-10 business days. Depending on the volume of orders you may receive it sooner.
• I still haven’t received my order after the 6-10 business days, who should I contact? Email [email protected] along with the name the order is under as well as your order confirmation number. 
• Does 5150 Gear ship outside the US? Yes we do, just know that the shipping costs are more and the shipping time is longer.
• When are the new shirts released? When a new shirt is about to release on the site, you have to tune into The Corey Holcomb 5150 Show Tuesday nights 8pm PST ustream.tv/channel/the-5150-show to find out when it will be released.
• Can I return a shirt? Shirts can only be returned or swapped out if the shirt is damaged via wash/dry or via shipping. Please notify us via email with an attached image of damaged shirt. No additional shipping costs to you.
• How can I track my order? After your order has been shipped out, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number. All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service.
